CV_Clearing is not a new concept  it's been in operation for over 4 years and has steadily grown in popularity.

CV_Clearing (the company) has evolved from the GoManiacs recruitment brand and the team behind the scenes are still the same. Over the past several years many things have significantly changed in the recruitment industry such as:

• The recent recession
• More online job boards
• A swing from a candidate short market to candidate rich
• Employers taking more of the recruitment in house
• A significant increase in the number of recruitment agents
• Social media and networking for jobs such as Linkedin and Facebook     

We believe that adapting our model to mold to these market changes is the only way forward. We are a straight talking, no nonsense company that recognises employers do not have the time for fancy sales people in suits who twitter on about all the add on value recruiters provide.

We know where our value lies and CV_Clearing is proof that it's possible to still deliver candidates for less, use humans to carry out the screening and still attract the same candidates that other recruitment agents source.  We are not just thinking outside of the box we are here to screen the candidate "inbox".
