CONTRACTORS

CONTRACTORS its always handy to have them on board to boost production but it can give you a heart attack when they submit their hours!

Right now contractors are suffering as projects get culled and are considered a luxury item. Given our ability to "pull in the punters" as applications increase for contracting roles, instead of increasing our margins we have decreased them.

We have 3 options for contractors:

  • Pay an hourly margin from as little as $10 p/h

Depending on the length of contract we are happy to negotiate our hourly margin. We fully appreciate the agency cut can be the make or break of a deal and we are with you on it.

  • Buy them out when you are ready

So you have one of our contractors on board and you decide that you'd like to:
a) cut out our margin or b) you want to offer them a perm job. We have a buy out option, all you have to do is ask when you are ready.

  • Take them on direct in the first place

You can use anyone of our service offerings to take them on direct in the first place. All you have to do is select either:

  • CV_CLEARING $750 + GST
  • FLAT_RATE EXCLUSIVE for $4000 + GST
  • %_BASED  15%
