Covered below is an outline of sectors we recruit for. If we haven't covered what you are looking for by all means drop us a line and tell us what it is you're after. We recognise that not everyone fits in a box.

IT

Roll in the techies! Love these bods and have been working with them for 10 years. Our knack of reaching these candidates comes through advanced communication techniques. That's right we strut the .NET, can farm Citrix, enjoy a nice cup of Java and support all hiring platforms

Admin

You name it we have it hole punched and bound! Be it front desk reception to organising your life and booking the car in for a WOF. If you are looking for someone who "owns" their desk and patrols for paperclips then give us a buzz.

Agriculture

We love the AG sector, good down to earth clients with great work ethics. We farm all types of roles in this sector and have great fun in the paddock rounding up candidates. From area reps to milking machine technicians we can fill them!

Banking and finance

Lot of people out there with these skills at the mo! From bean counters to calculating managers, if it's got dollars involved then this is your service counter for all your staffing req's.

Call centre and customer service

Currently we only take on call centre staff for the country of origin. If you are calling from India nothing personal but we live in New Zealand! Our targeted candidates for call centre and customer service all live here and are trained in the art of picking up the phone. We tend to attract the ones who have a direct DDI and know their supervisors name.

Consulting

Pick your sector and tell us what you need consulting on. A unique breed of worker that tends to prefer contract work, these chaps and chapesses are motivated more by size and project budget than a "dynamic opportunity". Out of all candidates that apply this specialist group is the most likely to have the word "challenge" in their CV.

Engineering

Build a bridge and get over it! Have been hard to lay your hands on over the past 5 years but due to the downturn are getting easier to attract...at last, we hear you cry! Industrial, mechanical, electrical anything ending in AL around engineering drop us plan.

Franchise ops

Curve ball for a recruiter we know! However we have a good track record working with a major franchise company here. Using the tools to hand we use major job boards to attract potential business owners to you. Don't believe us? Drop us a line and we'll put you in touch with our referees.

Government

The most innovative sector we recruit for ;-) If any department can work round their preferred supplier long term 10 year contracts for recruitment and wants to reduce government spend immediately, then we are ready and waiting.

Retail

If we are honest we prefer to recruit for food retail. We have had huge success in advertising for candidates in this sector, maybe it's our passion for all things edible! CV-Clearing service works extremely well in this sector due to its fast, low cost approach, a bit like the retail margins you are up against.

Sales and Marketing

Mark 'em' up, sell 'em' on! Lots and lots of sales staff coming on to the market currently. Compared with a few years back you will now have a much better selection of candidates to choose from. Gone are the days when sales people set a huge high $ base, if they are good then they are open to haggle.

Trades

Another great, honest talking sector. If you are after a plumber or sparky then we relate well with these folk. Over the years we have had the most fun writing ads to attract them. To this day our "are you ready to surf the toilet tidal wave" is still one of our faves.

Transport and logistics

I like to move it move it...we like to move it!  Great sector always on the road and driving at speed. For all your freight requirements please load up your bill of laden and send through to us for shipment.
Note: for those responsible for the Northern Toll road you should maybe have spoken to our IT candidates first as it appears your current system is always broken!
