FLAT_RATE EXCLUSIVE is a full recruitment service, from advertising the role right through to getting the successful candidate to sign on the dotted line and turn up on the first day for work!

For those of you who don't know how the game is played, when you put your job out to a recruitment agency we all rush to the same job boards and advertise your role. We pray and chant that the ideal candidate will pick us over and above all the other agencies advertising the same job. Madness we say, but it's why agencies charge so much. You are paying for their failed placement attempts!

For those of you brave enough or with a sensible accountant on board we suggest this service if you want the full recruitment process but love a good deal.

Be prepared though. We will expect you to list the role exclusively and trust that we know how the game is played and we've been doing it for years. Tell me more ...

CONTRACTORS from $750 all up or $10 p/h margin

CONTRACTORS its always handy to have them on board to boost production but it can give you a heart attack when they submit their hours!

We have 3 options for contractors to help keep the costs down:

  1. Pay an hourly margin from as little as $10 p/h
  2. Buy them out when you are ready
  3. Take them on direct in the first place using CV_Clearing
